See the Newman NVS2 Syringe Labeler Live

This October, Life Scientific and the Newman Labeling team are heading to Chicago for PACK EXPO International 2026, and we’re bringing the machine everyone in pharmaceutical packaging wants to see in person: the Newman NVS2 Syringe Labeling System, running live with Videojet printing and Keyence vision inspection.

If you’re managing a syringe line — or evaluating one for a new product — this is the show to walk it through with our team face to face.

Show Details

  • Booth: W-19030, West Hall

Why the NVS2 Is Worth the Walk

Pharmaceutical syringe lines don’t have room for slowdowns, jams, or rework. The NVS2 was built around that reality. At Booth W-19030, you’ll see it handling real containers at real speed, including:

  • Up to 120 containers per minute
  • Glass and plastic syringe handling, with positive starwheel product control
  • Quick-release change parts for fast format changeovers between runs
  • Integrated Videojet variable-data printing for lot numbers, expiration dates, and serialization
  • Keyence vision inspection built directly into the line, with OCR, OCV, and barcode verification
  • Pharmaceutical-grade construction, with validation and 21 CFR Part 11 support

This isn’t a static display — it’s the actual machine, printing and inspecting live, so you can see exactly how it performs on the containers and codes that matter to your line.

What to Bring to Booth W-19030

A few minutes on the show floor go a lot further when our team can look at your actual application. If you can, bring along:

  • Syringes, vials, or containers so we can check fit, handling, and orientation on the NVS2
  • Current or proposed label artwork to gauge print area and content requirements
  • Your target production speed, so we can match throughput accurately
  • Lot, expiration, serialization, or coding requirements for what needs to print, and where
  • Barcode and vision-inspection needs, including any OCR, OCV, or verification specifics
  • The labeling problems you’re currently solving for — jams, misreads, slow changeovers, or anything else on your line today

The more specific you can be, the more useful the conversation.
