The Newman NVS2 is a fully automatic syringe labeling machine designed for the accurate application of self-adhesive labels to glass and plastic syringes and similar cylindrical containers. Its indexing starwheel provides positive product handling and controlled movement for accurate label placement in pharmaceutical labeling applications.
The NVS2 handles containers from 8–30 mm in diameter and operates at variable speeds of up to 120 containers per minute. Quick-release change parts help simplify product changeovers, while Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLC controls support reliable machine operation.
