In 2019 Newman was acquired by Eastman Group. In 2020 Newman moved to its new manufacturing location:

In 2021 Life Scientific, Inc. became the representatives for Newman North America. For those of you that knew our colleague Michael Semiraro, it is with great regret to inform you of Michael’s passing early this year.
Life Scientific has represented Newman in the Mid West since 1998. We are looking forward to serving you in our newly expanded role.
