The FPS series features an unscrambler, flushing, and filling stations, all in a self-contained monoblock design. With its exclusive patented sliding tube valve and stainless steel syringes, the FPS uses positive head pressure to fill products with outer diameter dimensions up to 1″ (25.4mm) at full speed. Additionally, alternate indexing allows for ampoules ranging from 25.4mm to 28.6mm to be handled.

Changing the fill volume is as easy as adjusting a calibrated sector arm, and volumetric fill accuracy is guaranteed at +/- 0.5%. The FPS also includes two cams to provide bottom-up filling on a 2″ or 5″ stroke, with additional cams available for any special bottom-up filling requirements.

The internal drive mechanism remains free of extraneous matter thanks to the sealed top cover plate, ensuring operational reliability and minimal maintenance factors. For those seeking even greater precision, the machine can be optionally equipped with a dual flow meter assembly that will visually indicate the oxygen and gas flow separately.
