Session one: Fedegari Dual Processing Units
The one hour course “Multi-purpose autoclave justifications” will review the multiple benefits of Fedegari’s FOWS.
The FOWS is an Autoclave that can be equipped with a cGMP Washer, and/or H202 decontamination pass-through, and/or Stopper Processing option/s. When your manufacturing process allows, the operational, economic and quality improvements this approach delivers are substantial and should be considered for any renovation and new construction projects. You can get more information about the FOWS by visiting this link: https://fedegari.com/en/prodotto/fows-washer-sterilizer/
We’ll start out this session with a full walkthrough of the FOWS, Autoclave with Washer and or H202 decontamination and or Stopper Processing option. We’ll explain the important considerations and benefits related to buying, installing, validating, operating and maintaining such equipment.
We’ll also display a few case studies where Fedegari’s machines helped customers improve cleaning efficacy, improve drying capabilities, improve aseptic quality and overall throughput and overall process efficacy. The same solution also allow increased operator safety, compliance and improved process repeatability.
We will also explain how these machines help reduce capital expenditures, cleanroom traffic, garbing time and cost, training needs, loading and material handling. Many solutions from the Fedegari line help reduce ongoing labor for multiple departments, reduce quality control testing, reduces data management needs, utility runs and consumption and significantly reduces maintenance. This machines can also scale and reduce cleanroom size, reduce contamination and exposure risks, while reducing cycle times and chemical consumption.
Session two: Wines of Fedegari and Italy with Heavy Hors d’oeuvres
As for the second session of the day, although we aren’t sure that it will qualify for PD hours, we promise that it will be equally, if not more satisfying.
This is an interesting workshop and wine tasting course that will train your palate and gain deep knowledge of wines from unique regions around the world.
This course features specific regional wines, tasting cards, maps and a guided experience session with Sommelier and Fedegari’s in house wine expert, Alfonso Fasano.
You’ll taste a fine selection of several regional wines including Italian wines from the Ballabio Winery where Giuseppe Fedegari is a partner.
Besides tasting some of the finest Italian wines, you will also see behind the scenes of how they are made.
